He is survived by: his parents, Jeremy Foltz and Jessica Werner; his stepparents, Nicola Campbell and Jason Werner; his stepsisters, Yasmine Campbell and Madyson Campbell-Grendys; his grandparents, Kenneth Foltz, Le Foltz, William Salomon Jr. and Stacy Salomon; his uncle Brian Foltz; and his aunt Nina Eltringham.
