She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Rembialkowski and Walter Rembialkowski; her husband Charles E. Ejzak; and her son Kenneth Ejzak. She is survived by: her children, Charles W. Ejzak (Lynn), Lawrence D. Ejzak (Nancy), Daniel J. Ejzak (Elizabeth) and Maria Zarod (Stephen); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Zachary, Philip, Tyler, Rachel, Julia, Dennis, Emily, John and Stella; and her great grandchildren, Elliott, Coleson and Ada.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wolfe-Von Geis Funeral Home (5701 Lincoln Ave, Export, PA 15632). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mother of Sorrows R. C. Church (4202 Old William Penn Hwy, Murrysville, PA 15668).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Theresa's name to, the Mother of Sorrows Christian Mother's and Ladies Guild at, 4202 Old Wm.
