We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2018, at the age of 79, Tobias W. T. Burnett (Murrysville, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Caple Burnett; his siblings, Lucille Burnett Garmon and John Ira Burnett; and his parents, Thomas Edison Burnett and Mary Margaret Miller Burnett.
He is survived by: his sister Gertrude Riley (Burnett) of Front Royal, VA; his children, Charles E. Burnett (Gail West) of Oswego, IL, Jacqueline Yvonne Snodgrass (Bill) of Butler, PA, Mary Suzanne Burnett of Washington, D. C. and Susan Colleen Safford of Butler; his son-in-law Ted Safford of Oak Hill, Florida; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Burnett of Aurora, IL, Alex Safford, Noah Safford of Oak Hill, Florida, Sarah Burnett of LeMars and Valerie West of Oswego.
In lieu of flowers, his wishes were for donations to be made in his memory to "Doctors without Borders".
