He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Metzgar (Uhrin); his children, Karen Lucas (Joseph) and David Metzgar (Dana) of Murrysville; his grandchildren, Megan Ruffner (Brody), Shannon Lucas, Ava Metzgar and Faye Metzgar; and his brother Thomas Metzgar (late Georgene) of North Braddock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
