It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura J. Mease of Myerstown, Pennsylvania, born in Richland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband John H. Mease, Jr.; her parents, Frank B. Hickernell and Ella S. Anspach Hickernell; and her siblings, Mildred Karsitz, Marion Lacks, Kathryn Walker, Shirley Clemens, Richard and Ray Hickernell.

She is survived by : her sister Nancy (Herman Sauter) of Newmanstown. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
