He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Ontkos and Sara Ontkos (Wike); and his brother Raymond Ontkos. He is survived by: his wife Marlene B. Ontkos (Rhine); his children, Teri (Bobby Ray McBryde) of Orlando, FL and Brian Ontkos (Cindy) of St. Petersburg, FL; his grandchildren, Kyle Ontkos (Chelsea), Alex Ontkos (Tina), Nadine McBryde, Brittany Blackburn (Randall) and Darren Simmons (Chelsie); his great grandchildren, Hudson, Kinlee, Bella, Lauren, Rylee, Ayva and Kathan; his uncle Leonard Ontkos (Patricia); his cousin Lisa Martin (Phil); and his nephews, Scott Ontkos and Marty Ontkos.
