He was predeceased by: his parent Wayne Eisenhower. He is survived by: his parent Carrie Eisenhower (Schreffler); his son Linn Eisenhower; his siblings, Grace Snyder and Mark Eisenhower; his spouse Betty; and his siblings, Verna Eisenhower, Carl Eisenhower and Guy Eisenhower.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Community Ambulance Service, 8170 Lancaster Ave., Bethel, PA.
