She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Brightbill and Beulah Brightbill (Eisenhauer); and her husband James E. McKinney, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Sean McKinney (Laura), Debra Bennetch (Cliff) and James McKinney (Deborah); and her brother Hiram Brightbill. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
