It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Casado of Nanty Glo, Pennsylvania, born in Portage, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Sauger and Mary Sauger (Billey); her husband Manuel Casado, Jr.; her son Ronald; her grandson Timmy; and her siblings, Fred, Pete and Alice.

She is survived by : her children, Kathy, David Casado (Dorothy) and Carol Fockler (Ed); her daughter-in-law Mary Ann Casado; and her brother George. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.

Due to current COVID-19 public health concerns at this time, services are private.
