He was predeceased by: his parent William S. Sr.; and his siblings, William Jr., Sherwood Kleintop, Alice Snyder and Jean Balliet.
He is survived by: his spouse Lenore A. Kleintop (Heimer); his parent Florence Kleintop (Honszer); his children, Guy Kleintop (Donna) of Burke, VA, Paul Kleintop (Ann) of Amelia, OH, Jon Kleintop (Sharon) of Alburtis and Cheryl Fisher; his grandchildren, Eliza, Samuel, Kristen, Amanda, Stephanie, Jason, Adam, Amber and Nickolas; and his brother Robert Kleintop of Nazareth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be offered in memory of John to the Cemetery Restoration Fund of Nazareth Moravian Church and/or the SWAP Fund of Grace Bible Fellowship Church, 100 E. Beil Ave., Nazareth, PA 18064.
