He is survived by : his father Richard Christian Cooke of Cokesburg; his wife Mary Elizabeth Cooke (Lincoln); his sons, Tony X. and Alexander J. Cooke; his stepbrother Kevin Bercosky of Washington; and his cousins, Jerry Darnell, Cindy Darnell and John Kisner.
