She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Binney (Joseph Molino III) of Feasterville; her brothers, Matthew J Seltzer (late Robin) of Anoka, MN, Scott E Seltzer (Penny) of Shohola, PA and Roy W Seltzer (JoAnn) of St Marys, PA; and her stepfather Bob Armstrong. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Heller Funeral Home (633 E 3rd St, Nescopeck, PA 18635). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
