It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jason Forsythe of Nescopeck, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 20, 2025, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jason leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Karl Forsythe and Ellen Forsythe (Peachey) of Mifflinburg; his wife Sarah; and his siblings, Josh and Kendra (Brad).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc. (8594 Old Turnpike Rd, Mifflinburg, PA 17844).
