With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Smith of Neshannock, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 29, 2020 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rita Smith to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph P. Offredo and Irene R. DiCicco Offredo; and her siblings, Louis Offredo and Marie Offredo. She is survived by: her husband Daniel B. Smith, Sr.; her children, Daniel B. Smith, Jr. (Pamela) of New Castle and Renee Womer (Jimmy) of New Castle; and her sister Rachel Audia of New Castle. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
