He is survived by: his wife Stephanie (Karasek); his sons, Glenn (Gail) and Michael (Donna); his stepdaughters, Joanne Forsythe, Christine Kohute (Mickey), Kathleen Brooks and Diane Tancredi; his parents, Emory Sue and Mattie Sue (Simpson); and his former wife Virginia Reber Stern.
