He was predeceased by : his father Donovan C. "Bub" Banner. He is survived by : his mother Linda David Banner of Ligonier; his sons, Jayson D. Banner of Fraser and Dylan J. Banner (Stephanie Nix) of Pittsburgh; and his siblings, Donovan C. Banner Jr. (Carmen) of Ligonier, Daniel W. Banner (Roni) of Elizabeth and Amy Whitcko (Jeff) of Russellton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, one great nephew and one great niece.

A reception was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McCabe Funeral Home (300 W 3rd Ave, Derry, PA 15627).
