He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Restly and Vera Restly (Straub); and his wife Rose W. Restly (Lybarger). He is survived by: his children, James M. (Lettie Restly) of New Baltimore, Rose Marie (Bob Fochtman) of Dover, PA., John S. "Coon" Restly of New Baltimore, Sandra (George Fochtman) of New Baltimore, Joseph P. (Mary Jane Restly) of New Baltimore and Jake G. (Betsy Restly) of Berlin; his siblings, Annabel (Richard Hardin) of Dickerson, MD., Annalee (Roy Costello) of New Baltimore, Irma (Larry Plush) of New Baltimore, Alzine (Richard Hoffman) of New Baltimore, Betty (late Jim Davis), Mary Ellen (late Charles Hankinson) of New Baltimore, Bob (Marcia Restly) of Bedford, Mark (Shirley Restly) of San Antonio, TX., Philip (Judi Restly) of Fairhope, Donald (Carol Restly) of Concord, OH., Frank (late Carol Restly) of Windber, Kenny Restly of New Baltimore and Louise Connor; and his grandson James M. Restly Jr.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
