He was predeceased by: his brothers, Lamar Rathmell and Lee Rathmell; and his granddaughter Bethany Rathmell. He is survived by: his spouse Martha Bowersox; his children, Carole Brosious (Bob, Jeff Rathmell), Cindy Rathmell and Kevin Rathmell (Melodie); and his siblings, Dale Rathmell (Deidre), Marie Bomboy and Doris Bomboy (Fred). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
