She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter M. Guthrie and Florence M. Allen Guthrie; her husband Robert N. Herbert; her son Michael Herbert; her brothers, Eugene Guthrie and Robert Guthrie; and her siblings-in-law, Marlin Smail, Charles Herbert (Lillian), Emma Lou Carrier and Sara Cochrane.
She is survived by : her daughter Patricia Carrier (Rod) of New Bethlehem; her grandsons, Jeremy Carrier (Gaynel) of Milton and Brady Carrier (Nikki) of New Bethlehem; her great grandchildren, Connor Carrier, Nevin Carrier, Ty Carrier, Marlee Carrier and Cruz Carrier; her sister Minnie Smail of Distant; and her nieces and nephews, Jim Herbert, Bruce Smail, Vicki Adams, Debbie Say, Kathy Mohney and Jeanie Urban.
