We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2021, at the age of 68, Vickie Kay (Quinn) Neiswonger of New Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, born in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert J. Quinn and Pearl G. Quinn (Radaker); her spouse Jerry Lee Neiswonger, Sr.; and her sister Linda Shaffer. She is survived by : her son Clayton Neiswonger of Clarion; her stepsons, Rodney Neiswonger of New Bethlehem and Jerry Neiswonger, Jr. of New Bethlehem; and her brothers, Daniel Quinn (Andra) of Florence, Clayton "Gus" Quinn of Greenville and Michael Quinn (Jackie) of New Bethlehem. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great- grandchild.

“Being Vickie’s first cousin, itwas sad to hear about Vickie’s passing from an internet message that my niece posted. I remember Vickie being full of talk and joking around-inherited from her father. Growing up she was full of life and childish mischief -her being younger-sometimes a pest to her sister and me. I will never forget the peaches story about my niece and her.
