Though Betty may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Betty touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald L. Higley, Sr. and Cyrilla Higley (Young); her siblings, Sharon Miller and Donald L. Higley, Jr.; and her nephew William "Billy" Miller, Jr..
She is survived by: her pet Kota Lynn; and her brothers, Larry Higley (Donna) and Jerry Higley (Loretta). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews; and a host of wonderful friends and coworkers.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Saint John's Burry's Church (1835 PA-68, Rochester, PA 15074).
