He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Tooch, Sr. and Mary Tooch (Kampi); his stepmother Dorothy Tooch (Ammon); his sister Tammie Cox (Tooch); and his sister-in-law Linda Tooch (Coe).
He is survived by : his sons, Michael Tooch (Cheryl) of Toccoa, GA and Mark Tooch (Deborah); his granddaughters, Zoe (Faith Tooch) and New Sewickley; his brothers, Ronald Tooch and Richard Tooch New (Julie); and his former life partner Janet Schier.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made, if desired, to the Beaver County Humane Society or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
