He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Fornataro and Rebecca Teolis Fornataro. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Willis; his children, Michelle Balli (Gilberto), Michael Fornataro (Maura) and Angelo "Tweety" Fornataro (Kari Adams); his siblings, Michael Fornataro (Carolyn) and Madeline Melidona (Frank Melidona); his grandchildren, Annaliese Balli, Alexander Balli (Madison), Michael Fornataro (Natalie), Mariah Fornataro (Tina) and Angelina Fornataro; his great grandchildren, Margot Balli and Elaine Fornataro; his niece Danielle Melidona; and his nephew David Melidona (Adrienne).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (941 S Mill St, New Castle, PA 16107). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St Vitus Church (910 S Mercer St, New Castle, PA 16101).
