Carol R. Adams Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol R. Adams (New Castle, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 3, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham Rashid and Jamila Rashid; her husband Richard F. Adams; her son-in-law William'Bill'Tanner; and her siblings, Carl Rashid, Baby Boy Kelly Rashid, Lorice Rashid, Pauline Sheban and Ida Hilton.
She is survived by: her children, Richard'Rick'F. Adams, Jr. (Debra) of Simi Valley, CA, Kimberly A. Tanner of New Castle, Lory A. Hiler of New Castle and Kelly A. Meggs (Gary) of North Port, AL. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and twenty-five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home (926 Cunningham Ave, New Castle, PA 16101). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Parish- St. Mary (124 N Beaver St, New Castle, PA 16101).
