It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David R. Middendorf (New Castle, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 15, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Middendorf and Helen Louise Middendorf (Hovis); and his sister Carole Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Middendorf (Bruner); and his children, David Middendorf (Lorie), Stacey Lessnau (Cliff), Melissa LaPlace (Steve) and Ashley Talley (Taiwan). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
