He is survived by: his spouse Katherine Marie Updegraff Spencer; his children, Vicky Miller (Tim) of New Castle and Greg Spencer of Houston, TX; his siblings, Richard Spencer of Grove City and Bonna Lytle of Grove City; and his grandchildren, Megan Miller and Leanna Miller.
