He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Fleeger and Cecelia Fleeger (Kirk); and his siblings, Bertha Link, Rita Gelnett, Betty Moore, Willavene Minto, James, Louis, Albert and Stephen Fleeger.
He is survived by: his children, Darlene Fleeger Maravelli (Bill) of New Castle and Howard J. Fleeger, Jr. (Beth) of Butler, PA; and his granddaughter Ashley Fleeger.
