He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Samuel and Helen Bair, Sr. (McCurdy); and his daughter Tina Heard. He is survived by: his wife Rita Bair (Fusco); his children, Thomas Marcus (Johnnie), Mark Marcus (Angie) and Christine Marcus (Rob); and his sisters, Barb Weingartner, Linda Kemp (Kenny) of Chippewa, PA and Debbie Bair. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
