He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kobialka and Donna Jean Kobialka (Reagan). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kobialka (Pratt); his children, Jaime Lockwood (Matt) of New Castle, Joey Kobialka Jr. (Jackie) of New Castle, Jeremy Kobialka (Stephanie) of New Castle and Jason Kobialka (Lisa) of New Castle; and his sisters, LuEllen Kobialka (Alan Hoffman) of New Castle and Susan Krueger (Jeff) of New Castle. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
