She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Perkins and Jane Griffiths Perkins; and her sister Karen Fowler. She is survived by : her daughters, Stephanie Swanson of Copley, OH and Lesley Baughman (Dan) of Cranberry Twp; and her brother Robert Perkins (Lisa) of New Stanton, PA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
