She was predeceased by : her parents, William Lastoria and Agatha Berry Lastoria. She is survived by : her husband Anthony M. "Tosk" Toscano; her daughter Catherine Toscano; her siblings, William "Barney" Lastoria (Georgine), Alice Womer (Merle) and Mary Blakely; her granddaughters, Alexis Maciarello (Jason) and Angela Audino; and her great grandchildren, Jocelyn and Jason. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (941 S Mill St, New Castle, PA 16101). A procession was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Will Leave the Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vitus Church (910 S Mercer St, New Castle, PA 16101).
