In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his mother Retta L. Jones (Williamson). He is survived by: his father Raymond J. Price; his daughter Kaila Sallie (Arsenio) of New Castle; his siblings, Daniel Price of Florida, Glenn Jones of New Castle, Kay Lynn Velez of Florida and Beth Ann Angiolelli of Poland, Ohio; his cousins, Haley Mills and Ron Price; and his grandchildren, Amari, Araya, Ameriz and Armius. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and close friends.
