She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludwig Lubinski and Veronica Lubinski (Gumienny). She is survived by: her husband Hal Cowher; her children, Hope Parish, Jeff Cowher of New Brighton, PA, Donna Grotzinger of San Marino, California, Chris Mihajlov of Penfield, NY, Mark Cowher of New Castle, PA, Mike Cowher of New Castle, PA, James Cowher of New Castle, PA and Jennifer Fisher of New Castle, PA; and her sisters, Mildred Luba of Mercer, PA and Gloria Rhodes of Erie, PA. She is also survived by brother and sister-in-laws, and nieces and nephews.
