He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Green and Esther Green (Pence); his stepmother Norma; his parents-in-law, Walt and Joan Tomon; and his brother-in-law Gary Tomon.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Green (Tomon); his children, Mark Green (Tracy), Tami Smith (Anthony Avena) and Michael Green; his grandchildren, Chris, Jarod, Taylin, Brendan, Duane, Carolynn, Sabrina and Kaylee; his great grandchildren, Koda, Alayna and Georgina; his sister Fran Dell (Ray); and his sister-in-law Linda Young (Bill). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hillman Cancer Center.
