With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Lee Lowe of New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 5, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Lowe and Verttie Mae Miller Lowe; and his siblings, Luther Lowe, Lorenzo Lowe, Peggy Richardson, Joann Watlington, Violet Washington, Mary Kinlaw, Frances Parson, Maxine Davis and Cynthia Pendergrass.
He is survived by: his children, Roy Johnson, Sherri Richardson, Indigo Lowe, Edward Lowe (Vernecia), Jason Kraner, Jocelyn Lowe, Alaina Lowe, Bryce Lowe, Teneke Wisc, Olivia Holmes, Ron Holmes, Tamesha Jackson and Felishia Kimbrough; his siblings, Betty Lowe and William Pendergrass; and his goddaughters, Doreatha Bailey and Renee Cocoa Price. He is also survived by thirty-five grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (941 S Mill St, New Castle, PA 16107). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
