With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Johns (New Castle, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 11, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herbert Saxton and Clarabelle "Babe" Saxton (Covert); her husband David William Johns, III; her children, Elena Harding (William) of New Castle, David W. Johns, IV (Debra) of New Castle and Gerald R. Johns (Doris) of New Castle; and her siblings, Herbert Saxton (Carol) of Florida and Carole LaScola (Phillip) of New Castle. She was also cherished by 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to New Covenant EPC Church.
