She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominic Cook and Frances Malizia Cook; and her siblings, John, Jimmy, Dom, Frank, Norm Cook, Judy Cook, Lucille Demos (Dora "Tootsie" Petrucci) and Chauncey.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Donati (Joe) and Jason Brunswick (Judy); and her siblings, Chuckie (Marilyn), Bobby (Becky), Danny Cook (Rose) and Frances "Chickie" Elisco (Frank). She is also survived by five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (941 S Mill St, New Castle, PA 16107). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
