She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence A. Billman and Pearl O. Billman (Welliver); her husband Richard L. Starks; her children, David A. Starks, Richard C. Starks and Sharee L. Snyder; and her siblings, Clarence Billman and Janet Kreps.
She is survived by: her son Barry W.; her daughter-in-law Vicky Starks of New Columbia; and her daughters, Gloria O. Yanney of Watsontown, Kimbery J. Walker of Lewisburg and Lorie M. Starks of New Columbia. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
