He was predeceased by : his parents, Terrance Poust and Bertha Poust (Border); and his brother Robert Poust. He is survived by : his wife Linda L. Derr; his daughter Denise E. Zerbe (Paul) of Mifflinburg; his grandchildren, Justine Snyder and Erin Zerbe; and his great grandchild Lincoln Snyder.
