We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2023, at the age of 73, Victoria Anne Burrows of New Columbia, Pennsylvania, born in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Young and Jennie Young (Rider); and her brothers, Robert Kenneth Young, Jr., Robert Kenneth Young, III and Charles Scott Young.

She is survived by : her husband Wayne E. Burrows; her children, Christopher Burrows (Lisa Miller) of Milton and Heather Brown (Josh) of New Columbia; and her siblings, Frederick Young of New Columbia and Virginia Eddinger of West Milton.
