Though Charles may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rowe and Beverly Rowe; and his sister Patsy DelVecchio. He is survived by: his sister Deborah Ray (Charles Ray); his brother-in-law Gene DelVecchio; his nephews, Tyler Stepp, Jason and Adam DelVecchio; his niece Rochelle Ruckert; and his great-nephew Jackson Ruckert.
A graveside service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chestnut Hill Cemetery (319 W Winding Hill Rd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055).
