He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rowe and Beverly Rowe; and his sister Patsy DelVecchio. He is survived by: his sister Deborah Ray (Charles Ray); his brother-in-law Gene DelVecchio; his sibling's children, Tyler Stepp, Jason, Adam DelVecchio and Rochelle Ruckert; and his great-nephew Jackson Ruckert.
