He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mamrak and Grace Mamrak (Michlovic). He is survived by: his wife Karen L. Mamrak (Heisey); and his sister Loretta Martini (Kevin) of Saint Marys, PA. He is also survived by three nephews and a niece.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
