She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard E. Thompson and Ruthalee Thompson (Dean); her children, Martin R. Phillips and Wendy A. Phillips; and her pet Casey.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy L. Jones of Elizabethtown; her grandchildren, Brianna, Brandi and Gregory Jones; her great grandchildren, Colton, Emma, Layna and Jace; and her siblings, Donna L. Zeigler of Middletown and Richard Dean Thompson.
