It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeanne Mae Welter of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, born in Lower Paxton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 14, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Soloman and Edna Mae Cassel (Zimmerman); and her sisters, Dorothy Deiter and Margaret Marks. She is survived by: her husband Leroy J. Welter; her children, Sheri Lee Charney (Douglas) of Lewisberry and Rick Welter (Valinda) of Lewisberry; her grandchildren, Alyssa Lee Nissley (Jonas) of Bainbridge, Tyler James Dugan (Alexis) of Enola, Gabrielle Mae Welter and Trevor Alan Welter of Lewisberry; and her great grandchild Sawyer Lee Nissley.
