He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis D. Jr. Allen and Helen Allen (Hunter); his son Steve Allen; and his siblings, Leon "Bob" Allen and Bette Gerber.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene L. Allen (Fries); his children, Otis D. Allen III of Williamsport, Jeffrey Allen of Williamsport and Kim Allen of Watsontown; and his stepdaughter Denita Musselman of Camp Hill.
