She was predeceased by : her parents, Helen Opatkiewicz and Michael Opatkiewicz; her husband Charles; her daughter Brenda; and her siblings, Caroline, Michael and Mary Ann.
She is survived by : her children, Linda Kreuter (late James) of Columbus, Charles Trunzo (Karen) of Eighty Four, Susan Gregorini (Joseph) of Canonsburg and Russell Trunzo (Dawn) of Eighty Four; her grandchildren, Jennifer McKenna (Christopher), Dr. James Kreuter (Natasha), Stefanie Kuntz (Matthew), Julie Zugec (Anthony), Jaclyn Trunzo (Jason White), Joseph Gregorini (Megan Alicandro) and Connor Trunzo; her great grandchildren, Kendall, Elijah and Caine; her stepgrandchildren, Michelle Gorring (Chris) and Shaun Daugherty (Ann-Marie); and her brother John Opat (Dorothy). She is also survived by 7 step great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
