He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Oliver and Mildred Alrue Fisher (Kegarise); and his siblings, Carrie Fisher, John Fisher and Jane Shaw.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel E. Fisher (Emeigh); his children, Jeanne M. Defibaugh (Rick) of New Enterprise, Paula E. Koontz (Jeff) of New Enterprise, Richard L. Fisher (Stefanie) of New Enterprise and Kellie J. Gates of New Enterprise; his grandchildren, Misti, Elisabeth, Allison of Matthew, RJ, Adam and Emily; his great grandchildren, Baylee, Travis, Lane, Raylee, Ben, Graysen and Sara; his great great grandchildren, Rohan, Hazel and Jonathan; and his sister Nancy K. Fisher.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Enterprise Church of the Brethren (3715 W Brumbaugh Rd, New Enterprise, PA 16664).
