She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Kvarta and Catherine Kvarta (Bartosic); her husband Francis "Frank" Cieslo; and her brother Francis Kvarta Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Cieslo (Josh Howard) and Stephen of Ruthie's Diner; her brother John Kvarta (Mary Jane); her sister-in-law Roberta Cieslo; and her sibling's children, Tanya Kvarta, Lynn Clement (Greg), Francis Kvarta Jr. (Allie), Amanda Bracken (Josh) and Bradley Kvarta (Alyssa).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church (300 W Main St, Ligonier, PA 15658). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
