He is survived by : his mother Barbara Scott; his brother Jeffrey Scott; his father Pop Rat; his fiancé Beverly Poe; his son John Scott, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Susan Scott; his granddaughter Ella Scott; his stepdaughter Katelyn Poe; his stepgrandchildren, Caleb and Sadie; and also, Roxy and Ginger. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
