With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John P. Rorke (New Freedom, Pennsylvania), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 18, 2024. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John P. Rorke to pay them a last tribute.

In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John James and Bridget "Bridie" Rorke (Murphy). He is survived by : his wife S. Lee Rorke (King); his children, Bryan (Tina), David (Leif), Heather, Brandon (Tyra) and Rachel (Ronnie); his former life partner Linda; and his brother-in-law Jack. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church -New Freedom (315 N Constitution Ave, New Freedom, PA 17349).
